Here are 3+ savory ideas for an Italian “picnic or brunch” plant-based menu.
Italian cuisine, at large, is known for its appreciation of simple, flavorful and seasonal foods. More often than not, the typical repertoire is made of plant-based dishes, that incorporate ingredients like legumes (a common source of protein), and bitter greens, to balance-out the eventual richness of a dish, and to aid digestion.
So, with our Chef Simona, we thought to propose these plant-based dishes that really satisfy everyone, and can be easily transported (and enjoyed) for outdoor happenings.

“Alice was beginning to get very tired of sitting by her sister on the bank, and of having nothing to do: once or twice she had peeped into the book her sister was reading, but it had no pictures or conversations in it, “and what is the use of a book,” thought Alice “without pictures or conversations?”
