Our newsletter is now two years old (and counting) and we are very proud of it. It’s true that it requires a lot of work to fit it with our working schedules yet, we like to share our experiences, both culinary and otherwise, by publishing it every month. And we’re still enjoying it!

To celebrate these two years, we thought we would ideally share a birthday cake with you. An easy one, our Chef isn’t a fan of complicated things. And don’t worry, it’s a “naked” version, so you won’t have the stress of frosting it.
Perhaps we could pair it with some lovely fig jam from her dad’s tree? What do you say, shall we make it? Ok, coming soon 🎂
